Tomo-san was a delight! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, humorous, personable, and extremely efficient. I was very impressed with the manner in which she performed her job. We would definitely consider Signet again. Loved the exposure to Japanese foods, culture, history, arts, personality. Signet accommodated late arrival and early departure in Kyoto - very gracious. Arigato Gozaimasu!

Tomo-san introduced us exquisitely and sensitively to Japan and its customs, history, and natural beauty. She showed us the Japanese appreciation of all things of nature. Her delightful sense of humor added a special note of enjoyment to our time with her. At the sound of her soft voice, the entire bus fell silent to listen to her every word. And we had fun.
The background information, customs and history Tomo-sun gave us about sites we were visiting was outstanding in its clarity, content, substance and style of delivery. She went out of her was to put us in touch with anything we wanted to see or find in Japan. Our driver drove carefully and expertly.
