Windows XP: You can use the built-in, full-featured East Asian Languages in Control Panel support that works in all applications. Please go to the Windows Control Panel, find the Regional and Language Options and double click to open it, then do the following:
Click Languages Tab in the windows of Regional and Language Option.
Make sure check box of Install files for EastAsian Languages in Supplemental language support was checked.
After click OK, it will install related language files into your system. This should start a copy process - you'll need your Windows XP CD.
Restart your system after installation finished.
