超值旅遊行程僅含旅行期間緊急醫療保險，其它狀況所產生的費用，須由旅客自行負擔。建議您可加購旅遊綜合保險，此保險如首次付款後 21 天內購買，投保人的既往病史(Pre-existing conditions)將被承保，之後不在保險範圍內。另外Cancel for Any Reason的保險，必須在首次付款後 21 天內購買, 此保險不適用NY和WA的居民。

 A. 旅遊醫療保險
 (超值旅遊提供)
承保範圍 最高保額
1. 緊急醫療費用 Emergency Medical $50,000 美元 (第二順位Secondary)
2. 緊急醫療轉送 Emergency evacuation $250,000 美元
  1. 緊急醫療費用 Emergency Medical(第二順位 Secondary)
    - 如果您在旅途中因疾病或受傷而需要緊急醫療服務，提供醫療費用報銷。
    - 既有病史(Pre-Existing Condition)在團上所產生的醫療費用不在保險給付範圍之內。
    Pre-Existing Condition means an illness, disease, or other condition during the sixty (60) day period immediately prior to the Effective Date of Your Certificate for which You, Your Traveling Companion, or a Family Member booked to travel with You: 1) exhibited symptoms that would have caused a typical person to seek care or treatment; or 2) received or received a recommendation for a test, examination, or medical treatment; or 3) took or received a prescription for drugs or medicine. Item (3) of this definition does not apply to a condition that is treated or controlled solely through the taking of prescription drugs or medicine and remains treated or controlled without any adjustment or change in the required prescription throughout the sixty (60) day period before the Effective Date of Your Certificate.
  2. 緊急醫療轉送 Emergency Evacuation
    - 如果您在旅途中生病或受傷，此保險給付緊急醫療轉送費用，從初診醫院到可以提供必要醫療服務的最近醫院。

  1. 行程取消
    如果您因承保範圍內的原因取消行程，可報銷不可退還的旅行費用和機票費用，最高可給付達保險確認書上顯示的最高保額*。
  2. 旅行中斷
    如果您或您的旅行同伴由於承保範圍內的原因而無法繼續或重新旅行，提供最高可達保險確認書上顯示的最高限額理賠*。
  3. 行程延誤
    如果您在往返旅行途中，因公眾運輸工具業者延誤、交通事故、天氣、護照旅行證件或金錢遺失或被盜、隔離、劫持、未經宣布的罷工，自然災害、暴動、民眾騷擾等特定危險而延誤行程6小時或更長時間，提供最高可達保險限額的額外費用報銷。
  4. 錯過轉接
    如果由於惡劣天氣導致航班取消或延誤3小時或更長時間，使您錯過了旅行期間安排的游輪或航班，則提供最高可達保險確認書上顯示的最高限額給付。保險生效是於公眾運輸業者提供的任何賠償之後。
  5. 緊急醫療費用
    如果在旅行期間發生疾病或受傷，提供緊急醫療服務的費用報銷。
  6. 緊急醫療轉送
    如果您在旅途中生病或受傷，此保險給付緊急醫療轉送費用，從初診醫院到可以提供必要醫療服務的最近醫院。

C. 任何原因取消保險

Cancel for any reason, CFAR 是最高級別的旅遊保障。所包含的承保範圍與上述旅遊綜合保險計劃相同，但您將因任何原因（即使只是改變主意）而獲得高達您旅行成本的70%的保障。為了符合無論任何原因取消（CFAR）的保障資格，您必須在付訂金後的21天內購買保險，並購買保障至您旅行成本的"全額價值"。
